The Gateway Peacemaker Team is ...

• A group of trained coaches helping fellow believers and seekers respond to conflict biblically for the sake of God's glory and for the spiritual and emotional health of those in conflict.

Coaching

A trained coach will give one-on-one help to get perspective on a conflict and suggestions for how to resolve it in a God-honoring way. There is no charge for coaching.

Mediation

When a conflict cannot be resolved through one-on-one coaching, a further step of mediation is available. A team of trained mediators will be assigned to help all involved to more clearly see through the conflict with Christ's eyes and then help you come to a voluntary resolution that works for everyone and is honoring to God. Typically there are at least two sessions and often more. The mediation fee is a flat $175 regardless of the number of sessions, and it is typically split equally between the parties. Cases have ranged from divorce and separation to business disputes and parent-child or inter-generational family conflicts.

Confidentiality in all personal matters is strictly observed.

Education

Classes and seminars are offered on biblical principles for personal peacemaking, managing conflict and restoring relationships.
